Come on in.
Finding a therapist can be a tumultuous process. I hope the following information gives you a sense of who I am - and if the space I cultivate could be helpful to you.
I come to counseling after five years working with people experiencing housing insecurity in Los Angeles. These experiences solidified for me a sense of how complex and systemic and personal the journey to "well-being" can be. With a newfound passion for the emotional and social components of health and healing, I decided to pursue work as a therapist. In 2023 I completed my MA in Counseling and opened this practice.
Are you navigating life with ADHD, perhaps diagnosed as an adult? Feeling stuck in romantic relationships, that you’re in or want to be in? Exploring parts of your identity that are difficult to name? If any of these sound like you, we could be a great fit!
Many of my clients are therapy first-timers, and I am passionate about curating an environment that feels comfortable if you are hesitant about therapy or have had negative experiences before. I particularly love working with queer folks, men, and people with multicultural identities.
Whatever you’re struggling with, my goal is to help you truly listen to your thoughts, feelings, and body in order to strengthen your sense of self and ability to meaningfully connect with others. If any of what I've said here resonates with you, I'd love to hear from you, to see if we could be a fit or to help you find someone who is!
Former clients have shared that work with me is engaging, insightful, challenging - and even fun! While therapy can be hard and heavy, I believe we connect and learn and heal as much through laughter as through tears. The full spectrum of your emotions and experiences are welcome in this space.
